Products that are in stock are dispatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail Tracked. We aim for in stock products to be delivered within 5-7 full working days of the order being placed.
Other items are made to order with extra care and love which might mean it takes a little longer but we aim to get everything to you in 7 working days.

We have a 14-day return policy.
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
